According to the applicable Kr\u0161ko NPP Decommissioning Programme, Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. from Zagreb shall deposit EUR 9.76 million annually into the Fund. The deposits shall continue until the permanent shutdown of the Kr\u0161ko NPP or until such time as the planned amount of funds, set out in the applicable Decommissioning Programme, is reached;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>through effective investments, maintain and increase the value of assets to secure sufficient funds for the decommissioning of the Kr\u0161ko NPP and RW and SNF disposal and prevent any undue transfer of assumed liabilities onto future generations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in collaboration with the expert organisation from the Republic of Slovenia and the Kr\u0161ko NPP, continually revise the Kr\u0161ko NPP Decommissioning Programme and the Kr\u0161ko NPP Radioactive Waste and Spent Nuclear Fuel Disposal Programme, in accordance with the obligations under the Bilateral Agreement concerning the necessary amount of funds, technologies and scenarios for the decommissioning and RW and SNF disposal as well as the relationship between the contracting parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implement the provisions of the RW, DS and SNF Management Strategy as well as the applicable National Programme concerning the Kr\u0161ko NPP RW and SNF disposal and the establishment of the Radioactive Waste Disposal Centre in Croatia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Fund\u2019s primary mission and objectives are:&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":0,"parent":15,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"wpai_generated_summary":"","iawp_total_views":501,"wpai_meta_description":"","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-351","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/351","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/4"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=351"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/351\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":37094,"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/351\/revisions\/37094"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/15"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=351"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
