The aim of the Code of Ethics is to promote ethical and moral principles and values in employee conduct in the workplace in order to work towards the common good and public interest and build public trust in their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-0e844aaa-b443-4380-a5c6-fb6891c9cebb\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Eticki-kodeks-djelatnika-Fonda.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eti\u010dki kodeks djelatnika Fonda<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Citizens, legal entities and Fund employees may file a complaint with the Ethics Officer against any employee conduct they deem contrary to the provisions of the Code of Ethics.
