{"id":416,"date":"2021-07-27T11:28:56","date_gmt":"2021-07-27T09:28:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fond-nek.hr\/?page_id=416"},"modified":"2026-08-27T15:17:59","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T13:17:59","slug":"izjava-o-pristupacnosti","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/o-fondu\/izjava-o-pristupacnosti\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessibility Statement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fund for financing the decommissioning of the Kr\u0161ko Nuclear Power Plant and the disposal of Kr\u0161ko NPP radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel (hereinafter: the Fund) strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2019_02_17_358.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Software Solutions of Public Sector Bodies in the Republic of Croatia<\/a>, (Official Gazette \u201cNarodne novine\u201d no. 17\/19, hereinafter: the Act), transposing the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/HR\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=OJ:L:2016:327:FULL&amp;from=HR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies<\/a>&nbsp;(SL L 327, 2. 12. 2016.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Accessibility Statement applies to the Fund\u2019s website at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.fond-nek.hr\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level of Compliance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website is partially compliant with the Act, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/WCAG21\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard<\/a> and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.carnet.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Smjernice-digitalne-pristupac%CC%8Cnosti-ver.-1.1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CARNET Digital Accessibility Guidelines<\/a>&nbsp;which have been reviewed and approved by the Croatian umbrella organizations for people with disabilities. The discrepancies are listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inaccessible Content<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content listed below is inaccessible due to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some complex images, i.e. graphs, do not have a suitable description (the content is dynamic and a suitable textual description cannot be generated).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fund is constantly working on eliminating these discrepancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drafting the Statement of Accessibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Statement was drawn up on 23 August 2021, based on the Accessibility Statement Template in line with the Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, as established by the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/HR\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32018D1523&amp;from=CS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018\/1523<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The compliance with the accessibility requirements has undergone self-evaluation by the Fund for financing the decommissioning of the Kr\u0161ko Nuclear Power Plant and the disposal of Kr\u0161ko NPP radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.a11yproject.com\/checklist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CARNET Digital Accessibility Guidelines<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.a11yproject.com\/checklist\/\">WCAG Compliance Guidelines<\/a> and external assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Statement was last revised on 28 June 2024.
