Pursuant to Article 7 of the Ordinance on Procurement Plan, Register of Contracts, Preliminary Consultation and Market Analysis in Public Procurement (Official gazette “Narodne novine“, no. 101/2017) as of 1 January 2018, the Fund for financing the decommissioning of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant has published the Register of public procurement contracts and framework agreements whose value excluding VAT is equal to or greater than EUR 2,650 in a standardized form in the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin of the Republic of Croatia(EPPC RH).
