Accessibility Statement

Fund for financing the decommissioning of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant and the disposal of Krško NPP radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel (hereinafter: the Fund) strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Software Solutions of Public Sector Bodies in the Republic of Croatia, (Official Gazette “Narodne novine” no. 17/19, hereinafter: the Act), transposing the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (SL L 327, 2. 12. 2016.).

Level of Compliance

This website is partially compliant with the Act, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard and CARNET Digital Accessibility Guidelines which have been reviewed and approved by the Croatian umbrella organizations for people with disabilities. The discrepancies are listed below.

The Fund is constantly working on eliminating these discrepancies.

Drafting the Statement of Accessibility

This Statement was drawn up on 23 August 2021, based on the Accessibility Statement Template in line with the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, as established by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

The compliance with the accessibility requirements has undergone self-evaluation by the Fund for financing the decommissioning of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant and the disposal of Krško NPP radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel, according to CARNET Digital Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG Compliance Guidelines and external assessment.

This Statement was last revised on 28 June 2024. The Fund will regularly revise this Statement after eliminating the reasons why certain content was inaccessible.
